Organizations

Your members already have a professional network. Weaverly helps them get more out of it.

Professional organizations bring people together. The relationships your members build through your community are some of the most valuable they will have. Weaverly helps those relationships do more.

What a Weaverly Cohort Is

A cohort is a curated group of Weaverly members who share a professional community. When your organization runs a cohort, your members join Weaverly together, which means they walk in on day one with a real network already on the platform.

What Your Members Get

Every member in a cohort gets full access to Weaverly, all four parts of the platform, free during beta:

  • A structured profile of their Offers and Needs, built from their own professional documents.
  • Their professional network, organized and kept current.
  • Five daily nudges telling them exactly who to reach out to and why.
  • Opportunity matching across their network, including introductions between two members of your community who should know each other but don't yet.

What Your Organization Gets

A more connected membership. Relationships that were dormant become active. Introductions that should have happened get made. Members who were losing touch with the community find reasons to re-engage.

Weaverly enhances what your organization does. It adds a layer that keeps the relationships your community creates working long after the event, the meeting, or the program ends.

What It Costs Your Organization

Nothing. Your organization does not need a license, a contract, or a budget line. During beta, Weaverly is free for every member who joins. At Full Product Launch, any costs are between Weaverly and the individual member, never the organization. You secure member participation for the cohort. Weaverly does the rest.

An organizational pricing tier is on our roadmap. For now, the individual member relationship with Weaverly keeps things simple and the value direct.

Cohort Questions and Answers

What support does Weaverly provide to cohort members?

We conduct an onboarding session for cohort members to answer their questions and demonstrate how the onboarding process works. Then we give members time to complete the process at their own pace. From there, we arrange regular video calls to keep an open dialogue going, helping with questions and offering suggestions for building their Weaverly skills so they feel confident in how to capture the value Weaverly can provide in fulfilling their Offers and Needs.

How many members do we need to make a cohort worthwhile?

There is no minimum, but the more members who join, the more valuable the experience becomes for all of them. A cohort of ten to twenty engaged members will surface meaningful introductions and opportunities from day one. Cohorts compound value quickly. If there is more interest in your group, multiple cohort groups can be arranged.

What if we have more than twenty members interested in joining a cohort?

In order to provide personal support and maintain a productive working group, we suggest cohorts remain at around twenty participants. If your organization has more people interested in participating, we would be delighted to arrange additional cohort groups so we can give each member the high quality experience Weaverly is committed to delivering.

How do we know if it is working for our members?

You get a report, and it comes in two layers. The outcome layer is a cohort report we deliver to you: how many members are active on the platform, how many reconnections and introductions happened, and what your membership is offering and seeking in aggregate. Member data stays with the member. The organization sees the group picture. The experience layer is a before-and-after survey covering things like confidence in managing one's network and whether members plan to keep using the platform after the cohort ends. Every cohort is shaped for the participating organization, so we work with you to select which measures matter most and build the report around those. Between the two layers, you can put a number on whether the network is coming alive, and it will line up with what members are already telling you about the introductions that got made.
